Return Policy
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods :
- The products must be in their original condition with the original tags and labels.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect (evidence must be sent within 24 hours of our request).
Return costs are for the sender.
Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always make sure your package has a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return shipment by post without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
Once we have received your return, you will receive an email message that the return has been received. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:
a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. which have been manufactured by the trader according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made);
c. which are clearly personal in nature;
d. which cannot be returned due to their nature;
Please note! Returns without the return form will not be processed. Products that are not returned in their original packaging or have already been used cannot be returned. Bras, underwear and hair products, make-up, hair care products, consumer products, shapewear and products in the sale (discounts, 1+1 free offers, etc.) are NOT returnable.
Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of your order is only possible 5 minutes after placing the order. After 5 minutes our orders are stopped in the processing and after that a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
